Neil is an experienced athlete representative, with many years of professional business negotiation and contract skills that he employs on behalf of his clients to secure them the best possible results.

Neil is a lifelong runner himself, and loves to help others in the sport succeed.

Drew Bean
Chief Strategy Officer

Drew Bean is the Chief Strategy Officer for team NES ELITE.



Drew is an experienced elite runner, and has raced at the elite level for nearly a decade. Drew brings to NES ELITE a comprehensive understanding of distance running races, including such race-specific knowledge as past result details, bonuses, logistics, etc., all of which helps current NES ELITE athletes achieve maximum results.


Drew is a lifelong, well-decorated runner himself, and loves to help others in the sport succeed. Drew ran collegiately at Lamar University and was the Texas State 4A Cross Country Champion in High School at Little Cypress - Mauriceville High School.

Lorrianne Morrow, LPC-S, BCN
Head Sports Psychologist

Lorrianne Morrow is the Head Sports Psychologist for team NES ELITE.


Lorrianne is a licensed professional counselor, a licensed professional counseling supervisor, and a Board-Certified Neurofeedback practitioner.  She completed her B.A. at Texas A&M University Magna Cum Laude in Psychology and Sociology. Lorrianne also obtained her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from University of Houston Clear Lake.

Lorrianne is a certified Neurofeedback practitioner. Neurofeedback is where psychology and physiology meet together. By utilizing brainwave-training technology, Neurofeedback provides real-time information on an individual's physiological functioning. Training reconditions your brain to produce healthier cognitive patterns. As opposed to treating symptoms, peak performance training helps increase mental flexibility and can increase your mental perspective. It focuses on positive growth and personal development.
